City of Black River Falls, Jackson County, Wisconsin
SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED: General cleaning of office areas, bathrooms, break rooms, entry ways, lobby areas, & conference rooms.
SERVICE LOCATION: City Hall, 101 South Second Street, Black River Falls, WI 54615. Includes Police Department.
SERVICE HOURS: Service to be provided daily Monday through Friday outside of normal business hours. Approximately 2 hours per day. No holidays. City Hall business hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. Police Department business hours are 8:00am-4:00pm.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: (1) Evening meetings are conducted at City Hall the first Tuesday of the month and third Wednesday of the month as well as other evenings throughout the month as needed. Service would need to be scheduled around these meetings so as not to disturb the proceedings.
(2) Elections require City Hall to be open from 7:00am to 9:00pm on election day. On election days, services would need to be provided between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am following elections.
SERVICE RATES: Quote may be submitted as daily, weekly, or monthly rate.
SERVICE BILLING: Monthly. The City of Black River Falls shall be billed on a monthly basis for work completed the prior month. Advance payments will not be permitted.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Quotes must be received by the City Administrator no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, October 11, 2019.
