Due to decreased staffing levels, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, Black River Falls Public Transit, the City’s shared ride taxi service will operate from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM as follows:

Sunday – Saturday                  7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Taxi #2
Sunday                                    8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Monday                                   7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday               7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday                             6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday                                      8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday                                  8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Service to and from locations outside of the city will be limited in order to provide the highest level of service possible to city residents and businesses.

Unfortunately, this modified schedule is likely to cause increased wait times and inconveniences for many residents and businesses that rely on this valuable service.  The provider will continue to work diligently to fill vacant positions so we can resume our regular schedule for shared ride taxi service as soon as possible.
