Annual Joint Review Board Meeting Set

Notice is Hereby Given that the City of Black River Falls will hold a Joint Review Board meeting on September 15, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. at the Black River Falls City Hall, located at 101 S. 2nd Street.

The purpose is to review the City’s annual tax incremental financing reports and review the performance and status of each district governed by the Board as required by Wis. Stat. § 66.1105(4m)(f).  Discussion will also include the possibility of closing an existing district and the possibility of creating two new districts. The meeting is informational and no action will be taken by the Board other than to appoint a chair and public member as necessary, and to acknowledge filing of the annual report and compliance with the annual meeting requirement.
