Please take notice that a public hearing will be held before the Common Council of the City of Black River Falls on December 4th, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall for the City of Black River Falls to consider City of Black River Falls Resolution 2018-10A, a resolution to discontinue an unpaved alley originally laid out in the Plat of Rozmenoski’s Subdivision in the City of Black River Falls, Jackson County, Wisconsin.
The public ways sought to be discontinued are described as follows:
The entire 16 foot wide alley marked as “ALLEY” and which runs north and south and lies between “ROSE STREET” and “FRANKLIN STREET” on the Plat of Rozmenoski’s Subdivision which is attached hereto.
A scale map of affected properties is available at the City Hall and is incorporated by reference. Resolution 2018-10A has been introduced to discontinue the public way described above and shall be acted on at 6:00p.m. on December 4th, 2018, or as soon thereafter as the Public Hearing is adjourned, during the Common Council meeting at the City Hall for the City of Black River Falls located at 101 S. 2nd St, Black River Falls, WI 54615.
