 Please take notice that a public hearing will be held before the Plan Commission of the City of Black River Falls on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 5:30 P.M. at City Hall in the City of Black River Falls to hear the petition of Theron and JoAnn Sweet to obtain a conditional use permit for a campsite rental business for the following described land and premises:

• All of Lot 9 of Jackson County Certified Survey Map 4066, located in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 11, Township 21 North, Range 4 West, City of Black River Falls, Jackson County, Wisconsin; AND

 Please take notice that the Plan Commission of the City of Black River Falls will meet on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 5:30 P.M. at City Hall in the City of Black River Falls to review a proposed Certified Survey Map (CSM) submitted by High Cliff Consulting LLC on behalf of Casey Wyss for the following described land:

Land located along Van Buren Street and described as follows:

Lot 4 and Lot 5, Rye Bluff Addition located in SW 1/4, NE 1/4, section 16, Township 21 North, Range 4 West City of Black River Falls.

The proposed Certified Survey Map is available at City Hall.
