Please take notice that a public hearing will be held before the Plan Commission of the City of Black River Falls on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 5:30 P.M. at City Hall in the City of Black River Falls to hear the petition of Black River Falls Municipal Utilities to obtain a conditional use permit for a utility facility and outdoor storage for the following described land and premises:

PART OF NW E OF RR EX LOT 1 CSM 2206 & EX THAT PART OF 3080 THAT FALLS IN NWNW.  INCLUDES PART, BUT NOT ALL, OF TAX PARACEL 206-2656.0000 AND ALL OF TAX PARCEL 206-2657.0000; APPROXIMATELY 10 ACRES

The conditional use permit would allow Black River Falls Municipal Utilities to build and operate a utility facility and have outdoor storage at the above location.  All interested persons are urged to attend.
